Pantry Kaki offers both subscription plans and a one-time lifetime access purchase. We want you to be happy with what you buy, so we offer a no-questions-asked refund window for eligible purchases.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund of a lifetime access purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, for any reason.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe billing portal in your Account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Charges made before cancellation are generally non-refundable outside the 14-day window, but contact us if something is wrong and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@pantrykaki.com with the email address you used at checkout. We'll process approved refunds to the original payment method, usually within a few business days.
