1. Who we are
Pantry Kaki ("Pantry Kaki", "we", "us", "our") is a product of OWNLANES VENTURES PTE. LTD. (UEN 202629914C), a company registered in Singapore. By using the site you ("user", "you") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Pantry Kaki helps you discover recipes based on ingredients you already have. Recipes are generated or summarised from publicly available sources and provided for personal, non-commercial use. We do not guarantee nutritional accuracy, allergen safety, or suitability for any diet — always verify ingredients and preparation yourself, especially if you have allergies or medical conditions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose;
- commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service (malware, probing, scraping, etc.).
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Intellectual property
Pantry Kaki and all its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal use only. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute it.
6. Subscriptions, lifetime access and payments
Pantry Kaki offers a free tier and optional Premium access through subscription plans (monthly or annual, with a 7-day free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in USD before checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe or buy lifetime access, Stripe collects your payment details and handles billing, tax, invoicing, and payment-related communications on our behalf. We do not store your full card details.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the chosen interval until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal in your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For refund requests, see our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We provide the service on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where that exclusion is prohibited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service.
